Billy Jexar

I build the business system behind consistent execution.

My strongest work sits where strategy meets operation: turning an objective into clear ownership, a controlled workflow, trusted measures, and a team that can execute without constant founder intervention.

Recurring business problems are usually system outputs.

Missed handoffs, weak conversion, inconsistent delivery, late reporting, subjective performance, founder overload, and tool sprawl often look like separate failures. They are frequently connected by the same missing architecture: unclear choices, ownership, information, controls, and decision rights.

I work across those connections. I can advise on one decision, architect a system, build it with the team, or take bounded operating ownership while it becomes stable.

Operating experience across teams, projects, customers, and performance.

My background spans business operations, project management, customer operations, appointment-setting operations, remote-team leadership, KPI and performance systems, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. At TELUS Digital, supporting a Western Union operation, I helped launch and stabilize a multilingual program across three staffing waves and up to 30 agents. Earlier roles included leading a 12-person appointment-setting team and managing distributed projects and workflows.

The résumé and documented-experience sections identify where each reported result occurred. The representative engagements in the work library demonstrate my method; they are not presented as past clients.

Personal accountability, explicit contracting.

Jexar, Inc. is a founder-led business architecture and operating practice for selected advisory, architecture, hands-on operating, and fractional engagements. It is built around direct accountability for the work. Larger firm-level transformation work is structured through the same entity. Employment conversations use a separate hiring path. Before any engagement begins, I make the contracting identity, delivery model, capacity, confidentiality, and intellectual-property boundary explicit.

Languages and credentials

I work across English, Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish contexts. Credentials and tool experience are listed only where current evidence supports them.

Haitian Creole and French are native; English and Spanish are near-native professional.

Jexar, Inc. is an independent business. All experience, credentials, and outcomes referenced on this site belong to its founder and are available for independent verification upon request.

If the business has a material constraint and the authority to change it, start there.
